Major Accomplishments:

• Aligned RIAA(USA) around the Vision:
  • “10 By 2008 … make Ricks a “10” in excellence ( Esp. academic) by 2008”
• Set up benchmarking … a methodology that shows the pathway to improve Ricks students’ competitiveness for the best college educational opportunities.
• Reorganized RIAA finances in a way that provided interest on stagnant account. Financial gain went from 0% to 5% in the 1st year.
• RIAA provided 50% of the funds to buy a generator for Ricks.
• RIAA for the 1st time honored FIVE Ricks employees for continuous dedicated service to Ricks in spite of the long civil war.
